Jacquesline is a clinical psychotherapist and the founder and CEO of The Well Firm, a consultancy that translates psychological science into practical and scalable well-being strategies for the legal industry. Her early career investigating high level crimes against children, in collaboration with the DC Office of the Attorney General, the DC Metropolitan Police Department, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, shaped a rigorous and trauma informed lens for complex professional ecosystems and time sensitive matters.

Today, Jacquesline is a recognized subject matter expert on the impacts of stress and trauma in law. She partners with numerous Am Law 100 and Vault Top 10 firms to design firm specific interventions that include evidence based workshops, professional development series, and facilitated spaces that help teams process critical incidents, restore psychological safety, and build durable resilience. Her programs focus on lawyer well being, emotional intelligence, stress management and recovery, racial trauma, and culturally responsive leadership. She integrates applied positive psychology with clinical insight to help individuals and organizations move from crisis response to sustainable performance and care.

Alongside her consulting work, Jacquesline maintains a private practice focused on professionals of color who are navigating demanding careers and complex organizational dynamics. She provides individualized care that is culturally responsive and strengths oriented, and she grounds her approach in the operational realities of legal practice. A Boston native, she received her clinical degree from Howard University and completed a second masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, where her work examined the conditions that enable lawyers and legal organizations to thrive.
Her capstone on the well-being and thriving of Black women lawyers is available here.
When she's not talking about wellness in the legal field, Jacquesline spends time perfecting her mushroom risotto, reading novels, and chasing the sun. She lives in Washington, DC and is married to a lawyer.
